We collect the minimum needed to make your 1-of-1, ship it to you, and prove it's yours. No ad trackers, no selling data, no surprises.
Who we are

What we collect & why
- Orders (email, name, shipping address) — to produce, ship and support your order and issue your Certificate of Authenticity. Lawful basis: contract performance.
- Payments — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers. Basis: contract performance.
- Feed memory — which designs you've seen, stored against an anonymous random ID in your browser plus a durable server copy keyed to that same ID, so the vault always shows you fresh pieces. No account, no email, no cross-site identity. Basis: legitimate interest (service functionality), erasable one click below.
- First-party analytics — anonymous in-house events (views, flips, locks, purchases) to run and improve the shop. No third-party trackers. Basis: legitimate interest.
Subprocessors
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Printful / Printify — production & shipping of your tee (they receive order + shipping details solely for fulfillment).
- Hosting provider — [placeholder: Vercel/VPS to be confirmed] stores the application data.
- Email provider — [placeholder: Resend] sends order and certificate emails.
Retention
Order and payment records are kept as long as legally required for tax and warranty purposes (typically 6–10 years depending on jurisdiction). Feed memory and analytics events are kept up to ~90 days, then pruned — or instantly on your erasure request. Sold-design records (serial, deletion timestamp) are permanent: they ARE the provenance of your 1-of-1.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection — email 1of1toall@gmail.com and it's done (we answer within 30 days, usually much faster). EU/UK residents may also complain to your local supervisory authority.
your data controls
Erase your feed memory (browser copy + server copy). The vault will feel brand new on your next visit — designs you've already seen may appear again.
