How buying a 1-of-1 works — the short version. By claiming a design you agree to these terms.

• 1-of-1 exclusivity: each design is produced exactly once. Purchasing deletes it from the platform permanently.
• Reservation: claiming an item reserves it for 15 minutes; unpaid reservations return the item to the public feed.
• Certificate of Authenticity: documents your unique ownership claim. It certifies scarcity and provenance — it is not an IP assignment (AI-generated art copyright status varies by jurisdiction).
• Returns : All sales are final — every design exists exactly once and is deleted forever on purchase, so we cannot offer exchanges or returns. Check the size guide carefully before claiming your 1-of-1. Faulty or damaged prints are always replaced free, and refunds are possible only before production starts. Returns & size guide →
• Production & shipping: each tee is produced fresh when you order and shipped straight to you — typically 3–9 business days for the US and Western Europe.

EU/UK right of withdrawal — how it applies here

EU/UK consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases. That right does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specification or clearly personalized (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(c); UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 reg. 28(1)(c)). Every 1-of-1 tee is produced individually after your order and the design is then deleted forever — it cannot be resold to anyone. By claiming a design you expressly acknowledge this: your item is custom-made, and the withdrawal right does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods — those are always honored (free replacement or refund).

Prices, taxes & availability

• All prices in USD, production included, shipping included. Import duties and any local taxes on cross-border delivery may apply and are the buyer's responsibility.

• A design is available until claimed; reservations last 15 minutes and lapse automatically.

Governing law & disputes
